December 18: Emmanuel means “God is with us.” He is conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary.
December 11: Jesus applies the words of Isiah to himself. He proclaims that good news of salvation, freedom and joy.
November 27: We must always be prepared for the coming of Christ, for no one knows the day or hour. Even though we are prepared, his coming will be unexpected; we must not be caught off guard.
November 13: Nothing in this world will last forever, and we can be sure of trials and tribulations. But if we put our trust and hope in Christ, we will find life.
October 30: No one is so evil, so bad, that he cannot be saved. God’s love will bring his forgiveness and reunite all who repent.
October 23: Pride brings no true reward but only projects an “image.” In humility true values are seen.
